Solid seller, we had an issue with USPS, they took almost a month to get a shaft to me. The seller filed with USPS and got the package moving. When it arrived it was broken. Told the seller and he sent me a new shaft. Then the same thing happened, the package was stalled for more than two weeks. Asked the seller to file again with usps and that got the second shaft moving. This one arrived good. Communication and understanding was great throughout the whole process with the hurdles.
