    Not the same as my first gen PO.

    My first gen Planet ocean chrono is higher quality, feel, finishing than this new one. I bought this to replace it. I wore it everyday for 11.5 years. This one is still really nice with a great in-house mov’t but omega obviously cut back on the band and case. I’m getting use to it more every day. The case and band have sharp edges the old one doesn’t have. Only notice when I hold in my hands. The clasp doesn’t breathe well because of the micro adjustment. No half links for band? It holds sand and salt the old did not when going in the ocean. I really think the case and band are Chinese made on this 3rd gen PO model and only the mov’t is Swiss Made.
