Paid extra for a "cut" set. Got an uncut set. Asked seller on how to cut the set. He told me Office Max, changed his prices, AND told me I ordered an uncut set. I asked him to look at the "order details." Cleary says "cut." This even shows up in his dropdown box. Offered to send him multiple screen shots that confirmed this. No Office Max anywhere near me. Staples said cutting would cost me $34.98. Seller never responded again, or to my eventual case. EBay came through & covered all my costs.
