Was worried when the tracking wasn't showing the package location but I guess its a shipping partner with USPS situation so it arrived fine and in a timely manner (especially for free shipping) but I didn't when it would until the day it came. I've attempted to contact the seller twice. The item came in damaged. The packaging was nothing more that a usps baggie and for such a delicate new clock movement with pendulum the packaging was insufficient. I still have not received a reply from the seller. I will completely rate this transaction once the seller has responded. The item was new as advertised but the back of the mechanism was broken as well as the pendulum arm.
