Arrived BROKEN. VERY poor welds totally disconnected, handles and ends separate in box. Immediately sent photo, notified seller. Seller said he'd respond next day, but it was FIVE days. Hardware store said absolutely cannot repair. Told seller I put it in trash, THEN he sends return tag. WHY???
EBay gave me totally different directions on two calls. EBay said on 2nd call to contact my credit card. I filed dispute. EBay NO help. 23 years NEVER had a seller want return of broken item ever before.
