    Item was delivered quicker than expected, it was extremely well packaged, and boxed completely sealed as described: a new unboxed item. Unfortunately for me, when I was attaching the blade to the unit, I dropped the unit to the floor, and a piece broke off. Luckily the unit takes charge, and works well, however, I wouldn't be able to use any of the attachments.

    Thank you for the great review! I'm sorry to hear about the accident. It sounds like the small tab on the blade that holds the guide may have broken off. If you still have the piece, you can use crazy glue for plastic to reattach it. If it was discarded, you can purchase a replacement blade (#2111), which includes the tab. If another plastic part broke, it may also be glued back on. I hope this helps—thanks again and best regards, John.

    Smells so good!

    Smells so good! A little bit goes a long way! Leave it in wet hair then rinse off! It’s more than conditioner it’s a treatment and smell penetrates and you can be smelled! Leaves hair soft and repaired! You won’t find it anywhere, I recommend it also for colored processes hair! Won’t change the color!

    HG Conditioner for Desperate Winter Hair

    I have lots of very fine hair that is stick straight and, in winter, super dry and subject to static and breakage. This conditioner is amazing. I've used it for years. It provides lots of ,moisture without weighing down my fine hair. It never leaves my hair greasy. Totally prevents winter static flyaways. And when I was bleaching and torturing my hair with color experiments, this treatment always restored lustre and helped to keep breakage to a minimum. I would not be without it. My only complaint (and it is a minor one when compared to my complete satisfaction with the product) is with the packaging. The screw top lid is a bit tricky to navigate in the shower. I think I may start to decant this to a squeeze bottle.

    Not the right conditioner for me

    It doesn't work for my fine damaged hair, it's probably fine for other textures. I thought I was buying the yellow tub with green lid as picture shows, but the tub is white, the texture of conditioner in yellow container is much softer , creamier than in white container
