Arrived late. Overcharged shipping. Ignored my message. Advertised Expedited Shipping and claimed "Items are shipped out everyday so expect a fast delivery!" The New Bedford Post Office was open on DEC 30 but seller didn't mail out until 4 days later AND chose the cheapest/slowest USPS GroundAdvantage despite charging me $9 for USPS PriorityMail. If seller had shipped out next day via PriorityMail as promised, package would've arrived by JAN 3, 4, 5, 6 or even 7th. Instead package arrived JAN 8!
