Vendor in China, $20 part drop shipped from a nearby warehouse. Part was INCORRECTLY identified in eBay description and did not fit my car. Seller offered a $6 partial refund. A RETURN was not offered and I really did not want to go through the hassle anyway so I accepted. However the offer was contingent on a GOOD review. I was prepared to give a NEUTRAL review for the attempt but losing $14 for a mistake I DID NOT MAKE to get a $6 refund is EXTORTION. Beware.
