Was supposed to be delivered between 4/10-4/12 no tracking provided or communication, so I contacted them took 2 days to respond that the order was returned back to the warehouse due to damaged boxes?? Still no tracking provided or any communication or updates the last few days. This is a $4K order I'm quite sure not every piece of the 20 door locks ordered were damaged and returned. I have asked for an update last 2 days and NOTHING.
