Very disappointed in this transaction. I ordered a set of 36 Faber-Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils. The listing stated used or has other defects, please carefully review all of the pictures and I did. What I received was not the same as what I saw in the photo. The box was missing 7 of the colors and replaced with 7 duplicate colors, the box was warped & wouldn't close. I asked for a partial refund, seller never responded, eBay gave me a full refund and did not request the item be returned.
