I'd planned to buy it new until Pottery Barn altered the design. While the listing didn't describe, and the photos didn't display, any damage, the item did arrive with a crack in the base of the armoire, and one of the doors does not close evenly. I assume this was from shipping. She finally communicated with me and she created yet another label. Again the item was never taken to the post office from what I can tell.
