  • An insider's look at the daily gamble that is Wall St.

Great book! Written in 1989, but it could have been written in 2009. An insider's look into the world of international multi-billion dollar investments banks, their corporate culture and the extreme risks that they take with your money on a daily basis. If your interested in learning about the events that led to the recent housing/financial collapse and why it is destined to repeat itself time and time again, then this is the book for you. An entertaining and informative read, best suited for people with some investment/banking knowledge, but light enough throughout to be understood by many others as well. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

  • Learn about mortgage-backed securities...and laugh

This is a hilarious look at one man's journey to Wall Street. He describes the birth of the mortgage backed security industry from the inside at the company the created it. These are the same securities deemed near worthless in our current "housing crisis." And laugh your ass off at the same time. Learn about jungle guides, "The Shark," and other hilarious tidbits from inside one of Wall Street's biggest firms.
