    It didn't work....

    I know this printer was shipped for free, but maybe it got damaged. I took it to Staples when I couldn't get it to work with my laptop and they tried to get it to work, but they told me it was defective. It made an awful screeching sound when it 1st came on, plus where you plug into the device, it was terrible loose. Not sure IF you will reimburse me? Joanne Fuller
