VCR did arrive with top cracked. However, since I was replacing a similar Sharp VCR with the one purchased I was able to swap out the tops without any problem. No issue with the seller as item was packaged and shipped quickly and arrived earlier than estimated. Maybe add a little more shipping material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) VCR works as described. Overall positive purchase experience. Would buy again from this seller.

Firstly I'd like to say that tbe package was completely destroyed by the Postal Service... the thing looked like it went through a war, completely crushed, twisted, torn... that said the contents, somehow, came through unscathed so it was packed well. The tiffany box had a couple of stains, suppose it's no big deal but it was never mentioned to my knowledge. The item itself was very well preserved and the seller was gracious enough to work with me on the price so I'm happy.
