The unit was shipped quickly however it was not packed in an outer box. The original packaging was wrapped in a garbage bag and taped up. The Bluetooth on the unit did not work and it would not connect to any device. I contacted the original manufacturer, this is not an uncommon issue so they are sending a replacement unit. It is unlikely that the packaging and the function the machine are connected but this transaction could have been better.

Thanks for your feedback. Several customers have asked for the item to be wrapped in a bag to avoid thefts during the holiday to conceal the item. The box had sufficient padding and hence there was no chance of the contents of the item getting damaged. Hope you understand.
