If I didn't know it was used I would have been convinced it was new, except that it did not come in a retail box and had no printed user manual. Other than that, I can't tell this one from a new one. It came with a screen protector already on it, plus another new one in the box. This is an excellent phone with all the features a person could want. Very nice phone. I found the user manual on the internet for download. I would highly recommend this phone.

Battery is charging rapidly, like fully charged in 15 minutes and drains power fast. Or it just suddenly turn off and when tried to turn device on via the power bottom its not coming on. I then have pull device to charge and the battery is charging from 0%. sometime device show battery power increased instead of decreasing while using it, weird. While using device it frequently suddenly shut down, sometime restarts or when turned on by the power button, device will shut down upon booting or after being on for a minute or more.. What's the problem with this device?. i am not satisfied with this device. i am really in need of cellphone for use for the purpose of my job and this have been a big inconvenience for me not being able to use this device as i should

Love this phone. Got one for myself and the wife and she doesn't like anything...except this phone! She hates to change things but admitted she likes the large screen and keyboard making it easier to text. We are aging so that is important. She also mentioned it fits the hand very well and I agree. 32GB RAM makes this a great platform to store photos, music, games without an added SD card and the 13MP camera is sharp and clear. Battery life so far is very good and lasts for at least 2 days with use. Dropped mine once in it's rubberized case on a carpet and nothing happened! First time I ever dropped a phone and I was impressed that it still works and nothing happened to the screen. Of course if it was concrete it could have been a different scenario. these can be had at a very good price on eBay and I suggest you try one.Read full review

I used to have a Samsung Galaxy S2. Then the S3 and now the S4 came out. I didn't want the same thing anymore. I wanted something different, something bigger so I don't have to squint my eyes or pinch to enlarge pictures or texts. It was a toss up between the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 or the LG Optimus G Pro. At the time when I was up for a new phone the LG Optimus G Pro wasn't available. I waited. Then May 3rd came, the pre-order day. I pre-ordered the LG Optimus G Pro so that I can get the free Folio case with it. Based on the specs of the LG Optimus G Pro, I knew I wanted the LG over the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 because it was slightly narrower, has full HD screen, and faster. I definitely made the right choice. So far I have nothing but praise about the LG Optimus G Pro. Too bad they don't advertise it or market it as much as Samsung. To those reading this review, I can tell you that you won't be disappointed with this phone. It zips through everything, anything. No lag. And best of all it comes with 32GB internal disk space to start, not like the more expensive Note 2 with 16GB. Android is Android, and if you can get a phone that can do what you want without any issues then you have a winner. LG has a winner, the Optimus G Pro. You can't go wrong with this phone if you want a phablet with bells and whistles and lasts you all day long with its long battery life that charges about 1.5 hours on a full charge. What I really like about this phone is the multi-color home button that flashes teal green when you have emails or notifications. Cool. I'm getting used to its size. I think I might stick with this size for my next phone too. Hope this helps.Read full review
I think this is the best cost to features phone you can buy off-contract. Intuitive design; haven't read the manual yet and haven't needed to. No problems activating on T-mobile - working fine with texts, data and calls. Fast processor, 2GB RAM so plenty of operating system memory, 32GB ROM storage (around 23GB available), plus slot for SD card of up to 64GB so plenty of space for books, movies, photos, games, etc. Must remove phone back to access SD slot. Sound is very good through headphones, except is too loud for me - I have to turn down the volume on the headphones as well as the phone to get it low enough. Ironically, sound w/o headphones is not as loud as I would like in noisy environments. Call quality is v.g. - no problems getting signal, person I'm talking to sounds clear and natural and I'm told that there is no problem with reception on receiving end. Too much bloatware; all apps should be uninstallable and it annoys me that I have to waste any of my precious storage space AND operating system memory on apps I don't want and will never use. Making phone calls takes more steps than it should (4 or 5 when should be 2 at most), but I can hopefully fix that when I get around to reading manual, lol. Google playstore is preinstalled; I was able to add Amazon Appstore, Kindle and Nook apps, FBReader (the best ereader app, period), firewall and anti-malware apps w/o problems and all seem to be working well. There is a built in media player, but I installed a few separate apps I like and some games and other utilities - all working same as on my tablet (or better). Camera is good - not fabulous but not awful either. Screen is great- super sharp and clear with great color balance, saturation and detail. Touch screen is super responsive. Button placement is annoying as hell - constantly pressing on/off button, camera button or volume when I don't mean too - buttons should be recessed or else all located outside of the middle grip zone. If I grip the phone in the middle in the most natural way, my index finger hits the on/off button and I hit the volume up and down buttons with my thumb; if I try to grip higher or use my other hand, I hit the camera button - camera button should be on top and volume rocker moved to where camera button is, move on/off further up on other side and that would solve the problem while still having buttons easily accessible. As it is, you have to grip the phone loosely in order not to push buttons while using it, which greatly increases the risk of dropping it (hmmmmm - deliberate bad button placement to shorten product life? I mean, why (seriously, why???) locate buttons in such rotten spots otherwise?) I like the big clock, weather display and search box in default setup; even like default blueberry wallpaper, lol. Battery is outstanding with bluetoooth and wifi off; barely adequate if they are left on all the time. I don't use bluetooth and turn off wifi when I'm not using it (super easy to do - two swipes to put on or off) and am getting 1 to 2 days useage between charges. If I leave wifi on and use continuously, I get between 6 to 10 hours (more graphic intensive use seems to drain battery quicker). Battery is 3200mAH - wish it was 5000. Battery is user replaceable, which is a huge plus. So, biggest issues - button placement and volume in noisy environments. Everything else is good to great to awesome.Read full review
