Item was double-tested (before listing & before shipping) and packed well with padding, but 6 whole weeks in Ebay's International Shipping Program to Brazil and box torn/banged up upon receipt (saw photos). We immediately provided full support to (new, zero feedback) buyer, and language-barrier difficult. Buyer received full refund from Ebay ("insurance") and kept item. Other buyers of same item all very happy with it! We tried, but Ebay's shipping out of our hands. Thanks for reading!
