I reached out and they got the manufacturer to send the piece that was missing. Great seller! The desk itself is hard to build on your own (at least a 2-person job in ideal circumstances) and the instructions felt like they were written by someone who had never built a desk themselves. Nevertheless, the desk is great once built.

The outside packaging was badly damaged so I assume the damage to the picture frame occurred whilst in transit. I realise this is beyond the seller’s control. I sent copies of the damage and I received a quick response. The seller was very helpful and I received a refund.
