    Cable too short

    Despite being the exact model OEM replacement for my battery, the cables from the battery to the PC were about 1/4" too short. Being me, and wanting to avoid return shipping and waiting for a replacement, while having to put the PC back together only to take out apart when the replacement showed up, I used a small section of the old battery's wire to extend the new one. I just happened to have the equipment and experience to make this repair myself. Now that the plug reaches, the battery is working great.
