Strong, but still needs a little help
Most multivitamins are based on synthetics, which are cheaper, but generally not so bio-available, so they tend to be wasted in urine. This one takes advantage of natural forms of the vitamins, available in organic sources. This is the best multivitamin I have found, and not too expensive. I think it would be much more bio-available. It is available at Cosco for $20, which is cheaper, but if you don't have a Cosco near you, this is still a good deal. Unfortunately, like all multivitamins I've seen, the daily amounts are based on the gov't "minimum" daily amount, rather than the "optimum" daily amount. For example a tiny amount of Vitamin D will protect from rickets, but this vitamin is involved in hundreds of biological processes, and you need more, much more, of it than any ... Most Americans are deficient, and you need to either be in the sunshine more than most, or take a supplemental form, in addition to the multivitamin. The same is true for Vitamin C. It does not have iodine - a critical nutrient, so if you are using non-iodized salt, you might need to eat plenty of seafood, or get some kelp tablets to go with it.
