    Denon AVR 589 is a nightmare to set up.

    As this is a Denon it probably sounds good IF you can get it to work. The setup is a nightmare, but it till the end of this review before you make a judgment. I am no expert but I have set up four AV receivers before, two of them, and this one defied all my efforts. The owner's manual is an atrocity. Even to experienced people it's frustrating. I called in a favor from a friend who installs AV systems and he also failed to make it work. He was scornful of this model. He couldn't set it up and said that this model was in his words "crap". But to be fair to other AVR589s this one was defective and I returned it for refund. But that does not change what I learned in several evenings and afternoons working with it - it's a nightmare to set up. I got tired of trying to save money, I bought ...

    Its amazing and Denon have a good technology

    Because i love the good and amazing sound and this AVR have and work wonderful. Reproduce sound like fall to the sky. For other hand the technology is a first and is all i need. I think make a great business and in a future when i remove the equip, again i choose Denon
