The item sent was exactly as described! Almost absolutely no signs of use and it's very clean. Also works just how it's supposed to. Packaging was simple yet effective. No damaged parts what so ever. Shipping didn't arrive on time but I think it would have arrived earlier than the estimate (It's not their fault! The Coppell distribution center in Texas is absolutely horrible at handling mail) For a small business, these people are doing really well. Hoping y'all grow to be a big one! Good luck!
