I have not even received my item yet, therefore cannot rate the item description. UPS received the shipping order over a week ago but they have not received the item yet. This is ridiculous and by far the worst experience I've had with eBay. The seller has not even attempted to contact me to let me know of this apparent delay. Based on this experience I would not buy from this seller again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Waited TWO WEEKS just for my item to FINALLY be dropped off at usps. The expected delivery date came and went and still no package.
After waiting THREE weeks, I finally receive a message that the seller sent my item to someone else and it was damaged. It was the last one available.
They also shipped me his package by mistake which STILL ISN’T EVEN HERE.
Absolutely DO NOT recommend this seller. Bad communication and ZERO quality control.

The item finally arrived and something is very sketchy about this profile and this seller!
I was reading feedback for others and multiple people are receiving “ORBITAL OIL WARMER” instead of their real product. I just threw it in the trash! It probably cost no more than a dollar and it was tiny. I do not believe they sent my product to someone else by mistake like they claimed. I don’t think they ever had it to begin with and send these cheap oil warmers instead. Buyer BEWARE!!!
