The first one received was black not the white I ordered. I contacted the seller, they immediately sent me a shipping tag. As soon as I showed the incorrect one was shipped they sent me tracking on the correct one. SUPER communication and very good shipping. Both were well packaged, both arrived in prestige condition.

Product arrived intact and was packaged very well considering it was fragile.
The only annoying thing is I had to physically go to post office to pick up item as not enough postage was paid from seller . Item was packaged in priority box but only ground shipping postage was paid. I paid the difference and the seller reimbursed me the amount without hesitation. Much appreciated. I recommend this seller. They are honest and if you have any problems are very responsive & will make it right.
