Very pleased with transaction. Product even better than expected. Arrived 2 weeks later than expected through NO FAULT of the seller - delay was fully a problem of USPS. Would recommend this seller.

  • Excellent binoculars!

Great set of binoculars, look almost brand new! Magnificent clarity on the optics. Rugged carying case that can go anywhere. Accurate compass and ranging reticle. I had some prior experience using Steiner military binoculars during my time in the Marines, and always wanted my own ever since. Now I have the model I've been looking for at a reasonable price from an awesome seller. Highly recommended for serious outdoor or wilderness use! A+++!

  • Steiner Commender 3 marine binoculars with compass.

The lenses with their special coating provide a clear sharp view even in the lowest of light. The integrated compass however is subject to tilting interference and does not provide accurate bearing and therefore not useful. I would not buy another pair with the integrated compass as I don't think it is practical. It also blocks out the bottom part of the field of view. Better to have a hand held quality compass for accurate bearing. The casing has a quality feel and is non slip. Apart from the compass I would recommend the Steiner binoculars for ordinary viewing.
