The seat quality is excellent from the springs to the included washers and nuts. I’ve used it for a month now and it’s held up well. The springs are if anything extra heavy duty and a light rider might need a lighter spring for optimal responsiveness.
I mounted the seat on my e-bike rear rack using 8x, 100 pound magnets and the passenger loves it. Everything worked and performed well. No more complaints handling rough roads.

Box was damaged in shipping, but that is the fault of fed ex, not the seller. The paint was scuffed a bit due to the open box. Seller offered compensation for paint damage even though it wasnt their fault. I declined as i was going to paint it anyway. Other than fed ex tearing up the box, it was as expected. Fit the bike perfectly
