The Plastic Tee Handle for the O2 Conserver was broke when I received the item. I am sure the item was shipped this way, and did not break during shipping. The seller promptly responded and asked for a picture, I provided, showing the broke piece. The seller indicated it must have broke during shipping, Not so. The cost to return is greater than the cost of the item, so I am keeping the item. A refund given anyhow would have been nice, but not offered by seller.
