Incredibly fast shipping and item was as pictured and sold for a competitive price. However, I probably would have classified it as pre-owned "excellent" rather than "open box". It came pre-programmed with someone's custom layouts and name, plus it had some noticeable gunk buildup in some of its (many) crevaces. It honestly is in about the same shape as my other controller, which has hundreds of hours on it (but has been treated well). Not a deal breaker but felt worth noting.
