The shipper was to cheap to use UPS or FedEx and used the most incompetent shipping company, "the US mail" , showed up one day late because it was sent to the wrong hub at first, box had damage, installed it because I needed it, hope it works okay, next time I'll make sure I get it from another supplier, like thermo by products....

They didn't send what was described. I ultimately received a refund from ebay(because apu center was close due to holiday) I agreed to repurchase with the understanding that they send correct connections. Apu center did send "connections" just not what was pictured/advertised still the second time.I've decided to reach out to manufacturer and got help and will do a modification which will still work. I believe whoever is in charge of shipping orders needs to be replaced or better quality control

We had tried calling you multiple times to try and speak with you to get you the correct info and got bad connection on your end. You never reached out to us about the second item being "incorrect".
