    Der Artikel war defekt. Hat gar nicht gestartet. Der Verkäufer hat zwar Ersatz angeboten aber zeitlich hat uns das nichts gebracht und wir mussten es selbst lösen und den Servo reparieren. Das war dann mehr Aufwand als gedacht. Wir haben dann gefragt ob der Verkäufer immerhin preislich entgegenkommen kann aber das wurde abgelehnt. Die Beschreibung "Die Funktionsfähigkeit ist bei allen Einheiten gegeben" trifft nicht zu.

    Die Funktionsfähigkeit muss bei allen Einheiten gegeben sein, da Sie funktionierenden Maschinen entnommen wurden. Das ein Lager- oder Transportschaden eintreten ist jedoch nie zu 100 % auszuschliessen. Was ein guter Verkäufer in diesem Fall tun kann ist sofortige Rückerstattung anzubieten, was auch ohne Diskussion unsererseits geschehen ist. Sie jedoch wollten sowohl den Artikel behalten als auch die Rückerstattung haben! Wieso das nicht geht dürfte selbsterklärend sein. Danke trotzdem..
