Although described as refurbished, all the components in my package looked new. I bought this EcoFlow Solar Generator primarily to keep a CPAP machine running all night. Overkill? Maybe. But with this unit, the moisture and heater can stay on. I've only had to use it once. It performed as expected with power left over in the morning. And it's quiet! I charged it up with the solar panel just to see it work. It never actually reached 160 watts. But I didn't expect it to. Very satisfied so far.

Beats expectations. Needed portable power as we have several vehicles we camp with and is expensive to upgrade all of them. This solves the problem. The panel beats expectations for output.Getting over the rated W. i.e. getting almost double than the fixed panels I have.Being able to point it towards sun is key when camping in winter when sun is low and ‘short’. I don’t use the bag as stand as I want it clean.The generator is fine, only issue it needs internet to monitor on phone.

Well, I got half of what was advertised, the flat, rectangular box clearly does not house the power station that is advertised, so I bought a single refurbished 160w solar panel for the price of a new power station or two high end panels?

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
