    Hi-build 2K primer

    Able to lay down a thick layer of primer mixed 4:1. Definitely need 2mm gun for that ratio. Current siphon gun not really set up for that, which caused some sputtering of product. Cranking up the pressure only created ripples in the surface. Dialed the pressure back down and narrowed the fan. Still sputtered but able to get a thick coat. Garage is cold (45°F) so set-up required >24 hours. Used radiant heat lamp to speed up curing which seemed to work well. Awaiting HVLP gun w/2mm nozzle for next application. Can also use as sealer mixed 4:1:2.

    Arrived busted open

    The product arrived had been open during transport had absolutely no packing around it but some thin paper on top and apparently it got bounced around in the truck so it arrived with paint everywhere in the box and in the bag hopefully this retailer will reconsider how he packages toxic materials in the future

    Great Product

    A great product for a reasonable price. Works just like it says, I use this as a filler, surfacer, and primer. It's thick enough to work well in all three scenarios depending on the amount of thinner you use in it. Also a great high build filler. Although on fiberglass such as Corvette's if you need extreme film build a polyester would work better. If body work is very good, this Upol would be great on fiberglass also.

    Excellent adhesion to bare steel. Great build up and easy to sand.

    I am a machinery builder and use this primer to coat the bare steel frames of our fabricated parts. I use a spot filler afterwards to fill any deep gouges from grinding or plate clamp bites. Sand to 120 and coat with industrial enamel. Leaves a very good finish and the fast cure time of the primer lets me do in 1 day what use to take 2-3. AWESOME

    Great product

    This is definitely one of the best Filler Primers I’ve found recently. Be sure to follow the directions as far as the tip size for your spray gun. While I haven’t yet, it’s probably well worth it to also order the reducer along with the hardener. Sands easy. UP 2144. I’m going to but I was trying to save some money. Lol
