In leaving a neutral feedback, ebay asked "Did the description and photos accurately show the item's condition?" NO, it most certainly Did Not. I believed that I would be getting authentic Epson brand ink for my printer. Instead, what I received was refilled ink cartridges that may not work in an Epson printer & in non-Epson packaging. This seller is deliberately misleading the buyers and Epson should place a law suit on them for falsely using their registered trademarks & product images.

Ink cartridges were as advertised, but didn't work with my printer. They sent another cartridge which also wouldn't work, at which point they refunded the whole purchase price.
The quality of the product was good and the company did all they could to solve the issue and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
