phone did come with a cracked lens. when i contacted the seller they offered me a trade or a partial refund. the refund will cover the cost of the repair and no harm done. The seller was professional and prompt with dealing with the issue. plus once the lens is fixed the phone has no practically no noticeable use ware or tear. would recommend the seller in the future. TLDR: There was an issue and the seller corrected it fast and professionally. 5 stars!
