The item box was well packed in it's shipping box but upon opening, there was a plate broken near the center of the packed dishes. This was very disappointing since the goal was to have a full, matching set for 8. Having said that, these things do happen. I informed the seller who issued a partial refund, at his suggestion. All in all, I would say this is a respectable seller I would likely do business with again in the future should the circumstance arise.

Thank you for not discontinuing this product. I previously purchased on a past HSN or QVC home shopping network in the past. I finally found now I can buy it on eBay. I had to search for it though on where to find your product. Thank you for not discontinuing. It is a fabulous scent; not overpowering or too strong. Very nice. Great product.
