Headset arrived in perfect condition. The quality is like-new with the only thing indicating it's refurbished is a small "REFURB" sticker on the inside of the headset headband behind the ear cup. Even the packaging was high quality and felt like I received it straight from Steel Series. Great product, and great seller!

Device looks brand new, clean and well packaged. microphone quality on mine was bad sadly, even after messing with the settings for a hour I was told it was only about 90% of the quality of my artic 7s (the were 2.8 ghz as well but not bluetooth for who don’t know). audio quality was top teir however and both battery’s still seem to have a very good battery life. range is extremely good, was able to walk about 30 yards away and still had good connectivity. over all good seller

These headsets are freaking awesome! I can't even tell they are certified refurbished; everything was in sealed untampered with packaging. Super Fast Shipping with a Two Year Warranty to boot.
