The item came and the box was damaged, the product didn’t have a seal on it and when I squeezed the product hardly anything comes out. I reached out to the seller before writing a review and they instantly filed a claim with eBay stating my claims are false and that there’s no way I could have received it in that condition. I’m at a loss and out $30 so not impressed especially since I tried to give the seller the benefit of the doubt before writing this.

Buyer unfortunately left negative feedback for an item that was brand new and sealed. My theory is that sticker shock was her reasoning. This was a sample size of a very expensive cream. Had she read the listing, she would have realized the item for sale wasn’t full size. I have never sold a used item on eBay, and if and item was used, it would be marked as such. Stay away from this buyer.
