While the premise of this situation comedy rests on the supernatural powers of a housewife/witch, the writing pays more attention to character development than to actual witchery. When Samantha (Elizabeth Montgomery) decides to marry mortal Darrin Stephens (Dick York), much to the dismay of her mother, Endora (Agnes Moorhead), she agrees to keep her powers at bay. But more often than not, Samantha just can't help herself, and uses her magic in a series of ridiculous and entertaining situations. This release contains all the episodes from the third season.

    Great Series. Medicore Video Quality.

    The episodes are great! It is the quality of the video that is the problem. If you want to save bandwidth on your wi-fi by not watching the whole 8-seasons for free on the Roku channel this is definitely the way to go. The lower quality of video is undeniable. However, after a few episodes you will find yourself adjusting to the lower quality. The jutted pixels is most noticeable in moving action scenes. On Roku I would rate the quality of video a strong 8. On the disks I would give the quality of video a 5.
