Upon receiving the package, the box had an indention it but when I opened it, everything was packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Inspected the contents and I am super happy with my purchase.

Item arrived quickly,well packed. Pictures show selector knobs intact,but speed selector knob was missing and attachment knob cracked. Not deal breakers but should not of happened as it was packed tightly in bubble wrap. Says attachments tested, (open to interpretation) so I thought I would get paddle and dough hook. Maybe seller meant the attachment port on front of the machine was tested and working,( which it does) . I ordered the upgraded dough hook and paddles anyway as I was going to.
