Sufficient power; shut-off voltage might be a little high
It charges well but the jury is still out on its 'maintenance' mode. I had a battery that was just a little low, so I let it charge all day. The indicator lights said it was still between 50% and 100% charged but I took it off because I didn't want to leave it on over night. I checked the voltage and it was at about 13.8v. That's probably ok; it's just surface charge. The next morning it had dropped to about 13.2v. It eventually got down to 12.8v, but I don't know if it would have gotten there by itself, or it was because of the parasitic draw of the car's electronics. From what I've read it seems like it should have indicated 100% charged and shifted to float, or maintenance mode before the time I pulled it off. So, I'll say it charges well, but I would be careful about leaving it ... It charges well but the jury is still out on its 'maintenance' mode. For the cost its ok, I anticipated the charger would have a flashing green light when the battery was at the fully charged point but doesnt.
The description how it was used in the Ebay ad was a bit vague and the instructions provided with the product included electrical symbols explaining it's function.

Caution being used due to other reviews
I am a full-time RVer and have a Mercedes Sprinter based 26' motorhome. One of the problems is with the electronics needing power to keep the chassis of the motorhome and history operating correctly the chassis battery gets drained by not running the engine, which is why I bought the Trickle Battery Charger/Maintainer. I read other reviews which helped me decide how I use it, which is with caution. If I see my monitor screen indicating the chassis battery is below 11.9V I start the Trickle Charger until it is above 12.5V and then turn it off until it drops below 11.9V.
