    not worth the hype

    I cannot understand why Kafka has received any such notoriety for his works. Though creative relative to the genre, a true sign of becoming literary success is span all genres. His prose and vocabulary are limited and he lacks the ability to make his reader feel empathetic about his characters, which makes it very difficult, especially in "Metamorphosis" to relate to his trial as a bug. It may be my least favorite collection of any author, and I ready 2-3 books a month.

    Wow, interesting stuff!

    I guess this is a good value for the price, as it has several of Kafka's stories in it. But wow, this is some wild stuff! I had hear about Kafka and was curious, so was glad to get a little taste of his writings without paying a fortune. I would definitely recommend trying out a book like this if you are new to Kafka.
