I ordered on 11/3/23. I was notified item was shipped 11/13 w/delivery estimated on 11/15/23. I have not received order as of today, 11/22.I contacted seller 3 times; 11/13, 11/20, and 11/21 but have not been contacted by seller. When I check w/ tracking, it shows package shipped 11/14, but no further info available. I had wanted item for Thanksgiving and ordered it as seller said delivery would be by 11/15. I know delivery date can’t be guaranteed, but am unhappy w/seller non-response
