    Ive been an ALPINE stereo fan since high school,They are very high quality and last many years longer than most other brands,The sound quality is thru the roof!I will always be an ALPINE car stereo man and im 50 years old.

    Great unit

    I am 51 and been involved to some degree with car stereo for years. Alpine is a reputable company and makes good products. I have two indash CD players. My first one is almost tripple the cost of this unit and has less of the features I am concerned with. If you want a straight CD player with a few sound options and additional inputs, this unit is what you want. If you want whistles and bells, HD radio, remote control and fancy stuff, this unit is not what you want. For me, it has everything I want and need. I use it to drive front speakers with the internal amp and use an external amp for the rear. It has high pass filter to get rid of that muddy bass that the kids like, but still provides punch in the low end. There are certainly more features on this unit than I need. Guess at ...

    Awesome sound, easy hook-up,and you can use a USB flash drive or MP3 player

    Wow, this stereo is fantastic! I thought my system sounded good before, but now it's even BETTER! The USB and AUX make it easy to listen to music even when there's no radio reception. Just load up a flash drive with your favorite music, plug it in, and switch to USB mode and you have great music with no static. You can even plug your MP3 player into it. This is a major upgrade and I couldn't be happier with it.

    CDE 102??

    I like the deck a lot, and it serves almost every function I need. The only complaint I have is that this buyer sent me a CDE-103BT, a different deck altogether than the CDE-102. This wouldn't be that big of a deal, as they are very similar decks, except for one thing. The CDE-102 has an option for an AUX in on the back aswell as the front, something the CDE-103 does not have. So I like the deck, and it is very much fully functioning, but it was not what I thought I was paying for.

    Great radio for iPhone users

    I purchased this radio as a replacement for my commuter car. The radio had the features I was looking for and the description match what I need for the installation. The radio works great, it charges and plays my iPhone 4, great respection, clear audio, and very user friendly. The only I had was with the seller. It took multiple tries to get everything that was described, but that not the radios fault.
