Item is as described. This product is more of a mild exfoliator. Which is fine by me. I had some burn marks, it is slowly exfoliating it off the skin. Item is pretty small. I wish there was a bigger bottle, for people who would like to use this for the body. A bigger bottle would be good for people with KP or acne. Will purchase more. Hope they come out with a 150ml or 200ml size.
