TERRIBLE experience with this dishonest seller. The item, which I purchased as a Christmas gift for my mother, arrived broken in two places. The written description was extremely vague and misleading, and the seller intentionally omitted the fact that the dolls arm was broken in an effort to trick someone into purchasing it (I fell victim in this case). Additionally, the doll was broken off of her post upon arrival with a chip out of her feet. Now Iām out $150 for a gift I cannot give my mom š

SELLERS BEWARE!!! The item was as described but was damaged during shipping. The item was insured for the total purchase price. Before I even had an opportunity to work this out, I was notified that the buyer had filed a dispute with her financial institution. I responded to the dispute on time and appropriately, however, it will take 2 to 8 weeks to make a determination. If it is decided in her favor she will get her money back.
