Survived the fedex gauntlet of abuse with minor scrapes to the box. Refurbished but appears new the manufacture date on the box states April 2024. Don’t know if that is the refurbished or actual manufacture date. Working well so far.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
