Product arrived and was relatively simple to install. Performance seems to be pretty good. It's only been 90 here in Arizona so the real test will be the 100+° days we get. It's decently quiet when you attach both hoses and has a strong indoor blower that throws the cold air into the space nicely. The only downside I can find is on my unit there is a spot on the condenser that has bent fins. Not sure how that'll affect performance but only time will tell.

I bought it to use in my 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home in the living room area as the living room and kitchen area are hard to cool on really hot days with my mobile home being a 1997 model with the thinner walls . The Portable Air conditioner I purchased works just as I needed it to by taking the burden off the main Central Air conditioner and cooling the big open space that makes up the living room and kitchen . Now my main air conditioner gets a much needed rest during hot days . It's great!

Gret Seller, very responsive. The AC comes without the batteries and the foam, and the seller sent them to me separately in another package.Otherwise, the AC seems new, really well product. The package took a lot of time to be delivered, but that is not the seller's responsibility but UPS's.
