      The definitive Mafia novel.

      The definitive Mafia novel, as compelling as it was when it first came out so long ago. Anybody writing a novel about American organized crime has to deal with it, somehow. The people it depicts actually picked up on the book (mostly via the movie) and started using its terminology.

      much more detailed than the movie... the scene in the restaurant where Mike kills Solozzo and the captain....unbelivable to read! cant put it down.. love learning more about Sonny and Tom Hagen too!!
