This lightning tailpiece is flat, doesn’t curve out like a factory Gibson tailpiece does. The cutouts pull the tailpiece in slightly closer to the bridge. It changes the look a little, I kind of like it though, photos give you an idea, you can compare to your tailpiece and decide for yourself what you think.
