    You should know a little something about engineering if you order one of these.

    I bought this for an 05 Prius. When it got here, the sticker on the hitch said it was for an 05 Prius. That means the shipper got everything right. The instructions said it should take 15 minutes to complete the install. When I fitted it to the car it was 3 inches to narrow for the 05 Prius body. I bent the arms out 1.5 inches on each side to compensate. When I tried to fit the bolts they were the wrong size, I had to purchase 4 bolts of the proper size for an 05 Prius - remember the sticker said it was for an 05 Prius. The next problem was the bolt holes in the hitch were 3/8 off-centered. I had to drill an over-sized hole in each side of the hitch and go for an over-sized washer to compensate. Needless to say this was not accomplished in 15 minutes. After all the re-engineering the hitch ...
